Every Single New Power Conference Coordinator In College Football This Year

Salaries for coordinators continue to rise in the ACC, as they do around college football. But Clemson has taken it to a new level. The defending Atlantic Coast Conference champions are paying a combined $2.1 million this season for their coordinators. As the 2026 college football season approaches, there are a whopping 71 high-level coordinators who are filling jobs they did not occupy last year.

Some conferences, like the ACC, are seeing incredible movement in and out of its coaching positions. Others, like the SEC, have been relatively stable.
