The Detroit Lions have struggled the most against tight ends this season. Entering Week 7, Kelvin Sheppard’s defense allowed both the most yards and touchdowns to opposing tight ends.
Three teams — Cincinnati, San Francisco and Minnesota — have yet to allow an opposing tight end to score a touchdown. Oddly, the Bengals defense achieved that feat despite allowing the fourth-most yards to the position.
Below, bettors can find both yards and touchdowns allowed to tight ends for every NFL defense. This can serve as a tool to help evaluate this week’s NFL odds.
