  • Klint Kubiak joins the Seahawks as the offensive coordinator for 2025.
  • Last season, Kubiak worked as the offensive coordinator for the Saints.
  • For his career, Kubiak has worked for six teams, including the Seahawks.

A revamped Seahawks offense sees Klint Kubiak arrive as the offensive coordinator in 2025.

Kubiak joins Mike MacDonald’s staff after a season in New Orleans. There, he worked as the offensive coordinator for an offense that was plagued by injuries.

Recently, Kubiak switched teams every season. In 2025, he’ll coach his fourth different team in as many seasons.

Before New Orleans, Kubiak worked with the Broncos in 2022 and the 49ers in 2023.

In Denver, he worked as the quarterbacks coach and pass game coordinator. With San Francisco, he once again worked as the pass game coordinator.

Kubiak added a separate three-year stint with the Broncos from 2016-18. There, he worked as an offensive assistant.

From 2019-21, Kubiak worked three years with the Minnesota Vikings. After two seasons as the quarterbacks coach, Kubiak worked as Minnesota’s offensive coordinator.

That marked Kubiak’s second stint with Minnesota. From 2013-14, he spent two seasons in offensive quality control.

To round out his coaching experience, Kubiak spent four seasons in college football.

His first three years of experience came at Texas A&M before a season at Kansas as wide receivers coach.
