Seahawks Over Under Wins, 2026 NFL Win Totals

  • The Seahawks’ 2026 win total is set at 10.5 wins at BetMGM.
  • Seattle improved from nine to 14 wins in 2025 behind a historically strong defense.
  • I predict the Seahawks finish Under 10.5 Wins (+115) based on regression within the NFC West.

For the 2026 NFL season, the Seahawks’ win total sits at 10.5 wins at the BetMGM online sportsbook.

Seattle easily cleared its 2025 win total, winning 14 games against a 7.5 win total. A strong defense buoyed that record with Seattle moving from 10th to first in defensive DVOA.

The Super Bowl victors now see a three-win jump in their annual win total. If the Seahawks clear this benchmark, it will mark the fifth straight season going over the win total.

Here’s a look at the NFL odds for Seattle’s 2026 win total and my Seahawks win total prediction.

Seahawks Win Total Odds

The Seahawks’ season win total is set at 10.5 games.

It’s predicted Seattle is more likely to finish this season with 11 or more wins. Currently, the Seahawks are -135 to clear this line.

Conversely, oddsmakers price Seattle at +110 to win 10 or fewer games in 2026.

Here are the 2026 NFL win totals for all NFC West teams:

Seahawks Win Total Prediction 2026

Based on the pricing and reliance on a strong defense/special teams to achieve success in 2025, I predict the Seahawks finish Under 10.5 Wins (+115).

Generally, my gut instinct is to sell team futures that relied on defense to achieve success the prior year. In Seattle’s case, the team relied on defense AND special teams to win 14 games.

Offensively, Seattle ranked 10th in DVOA (+8.5%). By weighted DVOA – this places more emphasis on later games – the offense ranked 14th (+4.6%).

Klint Kubiak leaves after one season to take over as the Raiders’ head coach. Pre-Kubiak, Seattle finished 18th in offensive DVOA the prior season.

The challenge is finding a credit distribution for the improvement to Kubiak and Sam Darnold. But, one key regression metric exists on offense.

Seattle finished third in points per game compared to 12th in offensive red zone trips. Seven non-offensive scores and five touchdowns over 40 yards will help that discrepancy.

Without Kubiak, I wonder if this offense takes a step back. Kenneth Walker III also could depart, but Seattle has cap room to bring him back if they want. The same is true of Rashid Shaheed.

Defensively, Seattle finished as the best defense by DVOA percentage since the 2018 Bears. Their -24.2% percentage rose to -28.5% by weighted DVOA, per ftnfantasy.com.

I’m not sure the defense is as good as that record suggests.

Here are the final seven quarterbacks they played in a 7-0 stretch: Cam Ward, Max Brosmer, Kirk Cousins, Phillip Rivers, Matthew Stafford, Bryce Young and Brock Purdy.

Stafford blitzed Seattle for 37 points. It could have been more. The other six quarterbacks averaged 10.3 points per game. Tennessee reached 24, but scored two touchdowns down 20.

All of that said, my preference is to sell Seattle within the NFC West. Outside the division, a chance exists that the defense maintains its quality rating.

By 2025 offensive DVOA ratings, Seattle’s opponents averaged a 4.6% offensive DVOA rating last year.

Sample the 11 games outside the division and it drops to -0.5%. If you take out the Raiders’ -28.7% rating from that sample, it’s still only +2.4%.

For Seattle to regress by at least four wins, it likely correlates within the division. Pricing leads me to the under in this market, but the betting calculus suggests looking elsewhere.

Most Wins in Seahawks History

The Seahawks’ franchise record for most regular season wins is 14. Seattle reached that benchmark last season on its way to a Super Bowl LX victory.

Fewest Wins in Seahawks History

The fewest regular season wins in Seahawks franchise history is two. It happened in their first season in 1976 and then again in 1992.
