DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION:

Free-To-Play Promotion for BetMGM Sportsbook

BetMGM Sportsbook account holders who create an entry in our BetMGM March Matchups $250,000 Pick’Em have an opportunity to win a share of $250,000 in Bonus Bets by predicting the correct answers to college basketball questions! Participant(s) with the highest point total at the end of each Entry Period will be eligible to win a share of the prize for such Entry Period. Each Entry Period has questions based on the college basketball games for that day. Bonus Bets expire within seven (7) days and are subject to a minimum -200 odds wagering requirement. If Participant’s prize amount is over $50, the Bonus Bets will be split into smaller denominations with each Bonus Bet worth a maximum of $50.

The tournament seed number of each team equals the amount of the points you’d receive if that team wins.

Example: If a 9 seed defeats an 8 seed and the user selected that 9 seed to win, the user receives 9 points. If a 16 seed defeats a 1 seed and the user selected that 16 seed to win, the user receives 16 points.

All team and game total over under questions are worth 5 points each

ELIGIBILITY:

Existing BetMGM Sportsbook account holders.

This Promotion is open to participants who, at the time of wagering, are: (a) a legal resident of and physically located in one of the following states/jurisdictions – Arizona, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Wyoming or West Virginia; (b) at least 21 years old, (c) not on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and (d) has an online BetMGM Sportsbook account (“Participant(s)”). Complete and submit the BetMGM March Matchups $250,000 Pick’Em Entry. One (1) Entry per participant is permitted per Entry Period. Participant(s) with the highest point total at the end of each Entry Period will be eligible to win a share of the prize for such Entry Period.

CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER:

To claim this Sports Promotion, Participant must, during an Entry Period, (a) visit www.betmgm.com or the BetMGM Sportsbook mobile application and login to Participant’s BetMGM Sportsbook account, (b) access the promotions page or tab and access the “BetMGM March Matchups $250,000 Pick’Em” entry page under the tab labeled “Promotions”. Then, follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit your Promotion entry (“Entry”), which includes answering questions (“Questions”) relating to the 2025 NCAA March Madness Tournament (“Event”) each Entry Period. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Entry Period.

In the event two (2) or more eligible entrants are tied, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, all such entrants will be deemed potential Promotion Prize Pool winners, and the Promotion Prize Pool will be equally divided among those Promotion Prize Pool winners.

If Participant’s entry is deemed a winner (as determined by the Promoter), winnings will be paid in Bonus Bets. If Participant’s prize amount is over $50, the Bonus Bets will be split into smaller denominations with each Bonus Bet worth a maximum of $50.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

If you created a BetMGM online gaming account via BetMGM Casino or BetMGM Poker, you do not need to create a new account.

You can go to BetMGM.com or download the app and use your existing credentials to log into BetMGM Sports app.

To Create a BetMGM account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Provide your first and last name, email, date of birth, account name and password, SSN, phone number, and address. You may be prompted to create two security questions. Please remember your security questions and answers as you may need them in the future if you forget your password.

All information must be valid in order for the account to be verified. You cannot place a wager until your account is verified.

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION:

Any other restrictions in the Promoter’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sports Promotion shall also apply.

If the participant is targeted by a promotional campaign in more than one eligible jurisdiction, and if the participant opts to participate in the campaign in multiple eligible jurisdictions, any rewards, credits, or other indicators of value (“Rewards”) that the participant earns through successful gameplay (including progress toward any such Rewards) will not transfer from one eligible jurisdiction to another.

For example, if the participant opts into a promotional campaign and engages in gameplay in Arizona, the participant is able to earn a Reward in Arizona as a result of any successful gameplay that takes place while the participant is physically located in Arizona. If the participant also opts into the same campaign in Colorado, and the participant engages in gameplay in Colorado, the participant is able to earn a separate Reward in Colorado for the successful gameplay that occurs while the participant is physically located in Colorado Any progress made toward Rewards in Colorado cannot be combined with or counted toward Rewards in Arizona, and vice versa. In other words, Rewards earned in one jurisdiction may not be combined with Rewards earned in another jurisdiction.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS:

Restrictions on your Bonus Bet:

The wagering requirement is minimum -200 odds.

Each Bonus Bet can only be used once. Each Bonus Bet can only be placed as one straight bet or one (1) parlay, and cannot be split between various bet placements

Bonus Bet will be credited to Participant’s account promptly (within approximately 24 hours) after settlement of a Qualifying Bet.

Bonus Bets expire in (24 hours) after receipt. Winners, if any, must use their Bonus Bets within (24 hours) expiration period, or Bonus Bet will be forfeited.

Bonus Bets are limited to one (1) per person, account, household (IP address) and/or computer. All details of Bonus Bet will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute Bonus Bet (or portion thereof) with a similar reward (or reward element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Bonus Bets are the sole responsibility of Participants. Bonus Bets cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Bonus Bets by Participant.

Bonus Bets can only be redeemed via the BetMGM Sportsbook website or mobile application, can only be used for Eligible Wagers, and must be used within twenty-four (24) hours of them being credited to Participant’s account or will be forfeited.

Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time or withdrawn from Participant’s account. Participant cannot “Cash-Out” its Bonus Bet(s).

Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed on any other BetMGM brands (including, but not limited to, BetMGM Casino/Poker, Borgata Sports/Casino/Poker, Party Casino/Poker).

Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms & conditions of such promotional offer.

The value of Bonus Bet, once redeemed, will not be included in any winnings.

If Participant’s Bonus Bet wager becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, if the game/event on which Participant’s Bonus Bet was placed is cancelled), Participant’s Bonus Bet will be returned to Participant’s account.

ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING:

This Promotion does not require a wager to participate.

To use a Bonus Bet, simply add a bet(s) to your Bet Slip (Straight or Parlay), tap on “Apply Bonus Bet?” next to the stake area to display all your eligible Bonus Bets and activate the desired Bonus Bet. Select the “i” button to find out more details. If a wager using a Bonus Bet wins, the net winnings will be credited to the account. The stake amount, which was offered through the Bonus Bet, will not be credited.

Example:

A $10 Bonus Bet is awarded.

$10 Bonus Bet wagered to win at odds of -200

If the bet wins, $10 stake at -200 odds = $15 ($10 stake + $5 winnings).

This means that only $5 will be credited to the balance.
