The lowest drafted NFL player to make the Hall of Fame is New York Giants offensive tackle Roosevelt โ€œRoseyโ€ Brown. He was drafted 321st overall in the 1953 NFL Draft (27th round).

Brown was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1975 and played his entire 13-year tenure in the league with New York. The former Morgan State Bear was also part of the first Giants Ring of Honor class.
