DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES:

BetMGM is offering new and existing customers the opportunity to win a Weekly Prize Package including a trip to Las Vegas for each winner and a guest for a three (3) night stay at the MGM Grand, $500 in MGM Resort Credit, $100 FREEPLAY®, $1000 in withdrawable funds for travel expenses and an experience of their choosing.

To enter:

• Log in to your BETMGM account and opt-in to the Sweepstakes via the Promotions section from 6/16/2025, at 12:00 AM ET through 8/24/2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

• Once you have opted into the promotion, wager at least Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) in cumulative wagers during an Entry Period (defined below) to earn one (1) entry for that Entry Period. If your cumulative wagers during an Entry Period are equal to the following amount listed below, you will instead earn the total aggregate entries listed below for that Entry Period:
  • wager at least Fifty Dollars ($50) in cumulative wagers to earn two (2) entries;
  • wager at least One Hundred Dollars ($100) in cumulative wagers to earn five (5) entries;
  • wager at least Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) in cumulative wagers to earn ten (10) entries; or
  • wager at least Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in cumulative wagers to earn twenty five (25) entries.

1. This Sweepstakes is available to qualifying customers from 6/16/2025 at 12:00 AM EST through 8/24/2025 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”).

4. How to Participate: No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. You may enter the Sweepstakes in any of the following ways:
   1. Once you have opted into the promotion, wager at least Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) in cumulative wagers during an Entry Period (defined below) to earn one (1) entry for that Entry Period. If your cumulative wagers during an Entry Period are equal to the following amount listed below, you will instead earn the total aggregate entries listed below for that Entry Period:
      • wager at least Fifty Dollars ($50) in cumulative wagers to earn two (2) entries.

Your wager must be received by Sponsor within the applicable Entry Period in order for it to be an eligible entry for that Entry Period.

3. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – Mail-In Entry: For each Entry Period, participants may earn twenty-five entries (25) for such Entry Period by providing the Participant’s complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), BetMGM Account user ID, and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3.5″ x 5″ post-card and mailing it to BetMGM Marketing, attn.: Your Legendary Vegas Getaway, Harborside Plaza 2, Suite 700, 200 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ 07311 each week. For each Entry Period, mail-in entries for such Entry Period must be postmarked on a date that is between (and including the start date and end date of such Entry Period) and received no more than five (5) days after the end date of such Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period. The postmark date on mail entries will be considered the date of entry.

5. The number of entries a Participant will receive will be determined at the conclusion of each Entry Period.

7. Limit one (1) BRP redemption per Participant during the Promotional Period, regardless of the entry method selected.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an online entry is received when Sponsor’s Website’s servers record the entry information, and a mail-in entry (if applicable), when such entry is physically received by Sponsor at the address provided herein. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

33. This Sweepstakes cannot be used in conjunction with any other BetMGM Sportsbook promotion.
34. Sponsor has complete discretion over interpretation of the Terms & Conditions, of administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, and of selection of the winner(s). Decisions of the sponsor as to the selection of the winner(s) will be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Each selected potential winner(s) may, in sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be required to show a valid state-issued driver’s license, government-issued identification or other identification (subject to sponsor’s approval) as evidence of identity and/or residency. The sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice or consent. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any participant from participating in this Sweepstakes for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms & Conditions or any other questions concerning this Sweepstakes will be resolved at the sole and absolute discretion of the sponsor and the decision of sponsor will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Sweepstakes or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms & Conditions to their members.
35. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees for Participant and for Participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize(s) or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to defend and indemnify Released Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from this Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, and participation in any Prize, and to hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize(s), including express warranties provided exclusively by the prize provider that are sent along with the Prize(s); (c) if selected as winner of this Sweepstakes, to the posting of such Participant’s name on the Sweepstakes Entities’ websites, social media accounts and/or mobile applications and the use by Released Parties of such name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (d) to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes or forfeiture of the prize(s) at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
36. Released Parties shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), ordinances(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action[s], regulations[s], order[s] or request[s] prove[s] to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond sponsor’s sole control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (1) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as COVID-19) or, (2) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
37. Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a Participant’s ability to take part in the Sweepstakes; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alternation of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with the Sweepstakes; and/or (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to the Sweepstakes) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity; and/or (ix) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner(s) agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor, and their designees may, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, voice, biographical data and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, advertising and promoting the Sweepstakes or any other promotion, contest or Sweepstakes sponsored by Sponsor.
39. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) for any reason, including, without limitation, should an error, virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or issue corrupt, restrict, prevent or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner from the remaining eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor determines a Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participant or Sponsor’s representatives. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
40. Each entrant must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the email account associated with the entrant’s submitted email address (if provided). If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the BetMGM account provided. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for practices, terms or actions taken by any of these or other social media and web services sites. 47. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States and, more specifically, comply with eligibility requirements set forth herein. The use of any automated devices in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections, whether human, technical, or otherwise in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment resulting from or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading/uploading any material related to this Sweepstakes. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. 48. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall in no way affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision hereof. All such requests must be received within three (3) months after the end of the Promotional Period.

WINNER’S SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

50. The drawing for each Entry Period will take place at least five (5) days after the conclusion of such Entry Period. One (1) potential winner will be selected in each random drawing by representatives of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during each Entry Period. For each Entry Period, the odds of winning the Prize associated with such entry Period depends on the total number of eligible entries received for such Entry Period. Selected potential winner(s) will be notified via email and/or telephone. Representatives of Sponsor and MGM Resorts International Operations, Inc., will assist with booking the hotel stay and experience.
51. Sponsor is not obligated to leave a voice recording or other message if the potential prize winner does not answer Sponsor’s telephone call. The selected potential winner will be required to respond to the notification with the required information within five (5) business days of the date and time notification was sent/attempted by the Sponsor, or the Prize will be forfeited. To receive the Prize, the selected potential winner must continue to comply with these Terms & Conditions and fulfill all requirements set forth herein.
52. Selected potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. If required by Sponsor, these documents will be sent out to the potential winners by email along with instructions on how to return them to Sponsor. In addition, each potential winner’s guest, if any, may (in sponsor’s sole discretion) be required to execute and return a release of liability as directed in order to participate in the prize as the winner’s guest. The selected potential winners may be required to provide their U.S. Social Security Number for tax purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate winner. Sponsor may share each potential winner’s name and contact information with Sweepstakes Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Upon completion and acceptance of the Affidavit, and once a potential winner provides the necessary proof of travel documents, if any, then he or she will be declared the winner.
53. In order to be verified as a winner and receive the Prize, potential winner must be in good standing with MGM Resorts and Sponsor including without limitation being current on all accounts and not previously excluded from any properties or services, and not be excluded under any applicable state regulations. If requested by Sponsor, potential winner must be willing to voluntarily submit to and complete a background check as a condition of continued eligibility.
54. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU OR YOUR ENTRY IS IDENTIFIED AND/OR CONTACTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE CLOSE OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE A PARTICIPANT WILL BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.
55. A selected potential winner may be disqualified (and may forfeit the prize) if such selected potential winner (i) is unreachable or does not timely respond to any communication from Sponsor (or its designee) (or if a winner notification is returned as undeliverable), (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason, (iii) fails to sign and return Affidavit within the required time period, and/or (iv) does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event that a selected potential winner is disqualified and/or is unable to satisfy the requirements herein, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award the Prize to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries (if necessary and time permitting) who successfully meets the requirements to receive the Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Prize if Sponsor is unable to identify an eligible alternate winner (if any) to accept the Prize.

Any unused MGM Resort Credit shall expire when the winner checks out of the MGM Grand hotel room associated with this prize. MGM Resort Credit can be used for food and beverage, nightlife/entertainment (e.g., show tickets), pool cabana rentals, and spa. MGM Resort Credit cannot be used for golf, retail purchases including merchandise, gratuities, and gambling including FREEPLAY, slot play, promotional casino chips, etc. Prize Winner is required to stay at MGM Grand in order to use MGM Resort Credit. 60. Prizes received from this Sweepstakes are non-transferable and are subject to availability (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).

61. Verified winners of the Weekly Prize Packages will have until 12/12/2025 to book.
62. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Weekly Prize Package is $5,000. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of prize may vary based on, among other things, winner’s city of departure. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any prize with an actual retail value (“ARV”) of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for the ARV of prize for the year in which prize was won.
63. Each guest seeking entry to a NAME OF EVENT represents and warrants that he/she is not required to quarantine or isolate as per CDC Guidelines, and shall not seek entry to a show if he/she is required to quarantine or isolate as of the show date. Guests understand, and agree, that such medical and health related information will be provided to and/or shared with Sponsor and/or its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries as well as with third parties on a need-to-know basis. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the above requirements as the situation merits and in the event of changes to CDC Guidelines.

64. As noted by government health officials, complete isolation from the COVID-19 virus or any other communicable disease is impossible. Accordingly, we cannot and do not promise to eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and cannot and do not promise that you will not contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. You acknowledge that we have informed you that our facilities are not risk-free, that it is possible that you may contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during your presence at our facilities, and that you freely choose to enter and/or reside in our facilities with awareness of the associated risks.

65. Winner will be required to present a government-issued photo ID and major valid credit card at the time of hotel check-in to cover incidentals and fees/services not included in the prize. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the winner at the time of check-out and will be applied to the credit card on file.
66. All details of prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply. Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

67. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all expenses and travel costs including, but not limited to, all transportation, meals, incidental, surcharges, service charge or facility charges, personal charges at hotel, taxes or other expense, are the responsibility of each winner and his/her guest(s). Prizes are subject to availability, blackout days (which may include holidays, weekends and/or special events) and certain other restrictions. Limit one (1) prize per person. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all elements of a prize must be used in the same stay. Each guest of winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, provided that the guest of a winner may be under the age of twenty-one (21) if the winner is the parent or legal guardian of such guest. If applicable, the prize is also subject to terms and conditions set forth in applicable prize certificate. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater retail value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The value of the prize set forth above represent Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ERV thereof, and the actual fair market value of the prize will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed. Actual value of prize may vary based on time of stay and other factors. Each winner is responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
68. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING, OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT DESCRIBED ABOVE.
69. TRAVEL MUST TAKE PLACE ON THE DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. TRAVEL COMPANIONS MUST BE 21+. THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND THEIR TRAVEL COMPANIONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LIABILITY PRIOR TO TRAVEL. IF THE POTENTIAL WINNER ELECTS TO TRAVEL OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE WITH NO TRAVEL COMPANIONS, THE COMPANION’S ROOMS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND TICKETS, IF ANY WILL BE FORFEITED AND NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE TRAVEL COMPANION PORTION OF PRIZE.
70. NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILATES, EMPLOYEEES, OR AGENTS, SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE, TRAVEL, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S OR A TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
71. THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
72. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of prize destination, as determined by Sponsor, and to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value. Travel and hotel arrangements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest (if any) must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner’s guest (if any) must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of winner notification. Winner and guest (if any) are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable) prior to travel. In the event that the winner or his/her guest (if any) are unable to obtain a passport or visa prior to trip departure date outlined above the winner in question will forfeit the prize in its entirety and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize(s), and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.
73. All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any element of a Prize) for one of equal or greater retail value. The value of Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the Prize’s ARV, and the actual fair market value of the Prizes will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged. Any federal, state, and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs associated with the Prizes.
74. The Prizes are subject to certain Terms and Conditions as specified by the Sponsor. Restrictions may apply. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prizes and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.
75. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of winner and guest (if any). Winner and guest, if any, must comply with all applicable prize venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize. If winner chooses to redeem and/or participate in any portion of the prize with no guest, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligations to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply.
76. No changes may be made by the winner (or their guests) to the Prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made.
77. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, stated on-air, published online, or otherwise communicated to a potential winner, no potential winner of will be entitled to receive the Prize until Sponsor has verified such potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions and until such potential winner has completed and submitted all documents required by Sponsor.
78. In order to receive the Prize, winner(s) may be required to (i) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, state, or territory of the United States or by the United States federal government; (ii) complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 in its entirety, including with the winner(s) valid United States taxpayer identification number or social security number; and/or (iii) provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor, including without limitation, one or more liability release agreements relieving Sponsor, their parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, prize provider and others from any and all liability with respect to Participant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and the receipt and/or use of the Prize. Any person who refuses to present a valid government-issued photo ID, to provide a valid social security number, and/or to provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor by the deadline will forfeit any and all prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to examine identification and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding the Prize based on the identification presented.
