Maliek Collins inked a two-year $17,000,000 contract with the Texans on March 15, 2022. It included a $6,000,000 signing bonus, $8,500,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $8,500,000. 

In 2023, Collins will earn a base salary of $7,250,000 with a $1,500,000 signing bonus.

The defensive tackle’s contract will carry a cap hit of $9,852,941 and a dead cap value of $5,500,000.

Maliek Collins is already one of the 20 highest-paid players in his position but is in for an even bigger contract in 2024 as a free agent.
