Including the 2023-24 postseason, Patrick Mahomes has played two road playoff games.

The Texas Tech product played a road game in the divisional round against the Buffalo Bills and led Kansas City to a 27-24 road win. Then, in the AFC Championship against the Baltimore Ravens, Mahomes’ Kansas City side won 17-10.

Mahomes Playoff Record

Mahomes has started 17 career playoff games, 12 of which were played at Arrowhead Stadium. Of the remaining five games, three were neutral site games in the Super Bowl with the remaining two coming on the road.

Mahomes is 12-5 ATS in those 17 games, including a perfect 3-0 ATS as an underdog. In terms of his straight up record, Mahomes is 13-4 straight up.

His only home postseason losses were both in the AFC Championship:

  • 2018: 37-31 vs. Patriots
  • 2022: 27-24 vs. Bengals

Last Chiefs Road Playoff Game

The most recent Chiefs road playoff game was the 2023-24 AFC Championship against the Baltimore Ravens. As an underdog, Mahomes led the Chiefs to a 17-10 win in Baltimore.
