The highest-scoring NBA game ever was a bizarre triple-overtime game in 1983 between the Detroit Pistons and Denver Nuggets that totaled a whopping 370 points.ย 

The Pistons won, 186-184. Four different players scored at least 40 points, including Isiah Thomas and Kiki VanDeWeghe.ย 

No other NBA game has ever featured even one team scoring 184 points.ย
