In the first game of the NBA Cup quarterfinals, the Milwaukee Bucks (12-11) will host the Orlando Magic (17-9) at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday inside the Fiserv Forum.
The Bucks are 6.5-point favorites over the Magic, who will be without their best players. Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero are both sidelined with a torn oblique injury.
The winner of Tuesdayโs battle will earn a trip to Las Vegas this weekend for the semifinals.
Here is a look at the latest Magic vs. Bucks NBA odds and my best bet ahead of Tuesdayโs matchup:

Magic vs. Bucks NBA Cup Prediction
According to the latest NBA betting lines, my favorite Magic vs. Bucks NBA Cup prediction is under 215.5 in a game that might not feature much offense.
Had it not been for Wagner, Orlandoโs offense would have dropped entirely after losing Banchero. He kept the Magic afloat by averaging over 24 points per game.
I expect the Magic to struggle on offense without Wagner in a high-stakes matchup, but the spread has moved in their favor (from +9.5 to +6.5) due to their defense. Orlando ranks third in defensive rating and looked just as formidable without Wagner in Sundayโs 115-110 win over the Phoenix Suns.
In addition, both teams rank below average in pace. Milwaukee is 16th, while Orlando is 25th.
Iโm betting on defense in a single-elimination showdown by betting on this under.
