It was originally known as University of Phoenix Stadium from its opening in 2006 until 2018 when the Arizona Cardinals agreed to an 18-year naming rights agreement with State Farm Insurance.

State Farm Stadiumโ€™s capacity is 63,400 but can be expanded to 73,000 for โ€œmega-events.โ€ That likely includes the two Super Bowls it hosted before 2023.
