Drafted No. 84 in 2018 by the Los Angeles Chargers, defensive tackle Justin Jones is entering his second season with the Chicago Bears.

Justin Jones Salary

Jones signed a two-year, $12,000,000 contract with the Chicago Bears in 2022. It includes a $5,000,000 signing bonus, $7,050,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $6,000,000.

Justin Jones Cap Hit

The 26-year-old carries a $7,400,000 cap hit in 2023.

Justin Jones Potential Extension

In 2022 with the Bears, Jones played in 69.6% of snaps, which was a career-high, and posted 52 tackles. He’s made his presence felt on the Bears’ defensive line, and if he can build off a solid 2022 season, he’s likely due for an extension or raise in free agency.

Jones is reaching the point in his career where a three-year deal could be attainable. He could look for a two or three-year contract worth $7 to $8 million annually.
