The longest NFL road winning streak during the regular season belongs to the 1988-1990 San Francisco 49ers with 18 straight wins.

During this run, San Francisco won two Super Bowls in 1988 and 1989, as well as an NFC championship appearance in 1990.ย

The streak came to an end during Week 1 of the 1991 season, when the 49ers lost to the Giants, 16-14, in New York.

The second-longest streak came from New England in 2016-2017, when the Patriots were victorious in 14 straight road regular season games.
