Mike McCarthy was the Green Bay Packers’ head coach for their last Super Bowl win, a victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.

McCarthy became the third different coach to lead the franchise to a Super Bowl win, following Vince Lombardi and Mike Holmgren. He remained Packers’ head coach — a position he took over in 2006 — until a midseason firing in 2018.
