Playoff wins in golf betting are the same as if a player won in 72 holes.

For example, at the 2023 RBC Heritage, Matt Fitzpatrick beat Jordan Spieth in a playoff. He still gets paid out as if he won in regulation, while Spieth gets paid out as if he finished in second place.
