- Man United is predicted to be a -0.5-goal home favorite against Wolves.
- Wolves has conceded at least once in 20 of their last 21 EPL matches as a road underdog.
- My Man United vs. Wolves prediction is for both teams to score.
Looking for a sixth straight result and second head-to-head win this season, Wolves travel to Manchester United on Sunday.ย
New manager Vitor Pereira has impressed recently for Wolves, who are 5-1-0 (W-D-L) in their last six games. As a result, theyโve climbed to 16th in the league table.ย
Manchester United sit 14th after a 4-1 defeat to Newcastle United over the weekend. The good news? United earned points in three straight at Old Trafford (W1-D2).ย
Check out the Premier League odds and my Man United vs. Wolves prediction.ย

Wolves vs Man United: Prediction
Based on the success of Wolvesโ attack against bad defenses and Unitedโs strong home record offensively, my Man United vs Wolves prediction is Both Teams to Score – โYesโ (-135).ย
I went back and forth between BTTS and over 2.5 goals for this match, but ultimately settled for the simpler route.ย
One caveat: I want to wait for lineups before placing this bet, as I need Matheus Cunha in Wolvesโ Starting XI to increase my confidence.ย
This season, Wolves have played 24 matches with Cunha in the Starting XI. Theyโve scored at least once in 22 of those games.
Their only failures? At home to Arsenal, which leads the league in post-shot expected goals allowed, and at Everton, who sit fourth in that category.ย
Manchester Unitedโs defense ranks 12th in that metric ahead of Sundayโs clash. This season, Wolves have posted a perfect 15-0 record scoring against teams 11th or worse.ย
In those 15 matches, both teams to score produced a 9-6 record, including against Man United earlier this season.ย
But United saw talisman Bruno Fernandes sent off on 48 minutes in that matchโฆhaving already cleared 0.8 post-shot xG.ย
Under Ruben Amorim, United have scored in six of 10 home matches, including four of their previous six.ย
Plus, in 16 Wolves matches under Pereira, both teams to score hit eight times. Away from home, that record improves to 5-3, including 4-1 in the last five.ย
With United operating on short rest, I question how they keep Wolves out. But against a weak defense โ 16th in post-shot xGA โ United should manage a goal on Sunday.
