BetMGM Golf Second Chance Promo: Cash Back for 2nd Place Finish

DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION:

1. Golf Second Chance Promotion
2. BetMGM players will be eligible to receive their stake back in cash (“Unrestricted Funds” throughout the terms) as a Second Chance Refund on any pre-tournament, straight, Golf “Tournament Winner” wagers on Mondays through Wednesdays during the Promotional Period where the player they wager on does not win the tournament, but does finish in second place. This Promotion will be available pre-tournament for all Applicable Golf Events on Mondays through Wednesdays during the Promotional Period. Only wagers made during the Promotional Week directly preceding an Applicable Golf Event will qualify for Second Chance Refunds. For further avoidance of doubt and for example, for the US Masters, only “Tournament Winner” wagers between April 7, 2025 and April 9, 2025 will qualify for Second Chance Refunds. Unrestricted Funds are not subject to any wagering requirements and do not expire.
3. Applicable Golf Events Include: All PGA Tour Events Between March 10, 2025 and August 24, 2025

   • US PGA Championship
   • US Open Championship
   • The Open Championship
4. All “Tournament Winner” wagers on players that do not win the tournament will initially be graded as losing wagers. If a player wagered on finishes in second place of the tournament (this includes all players tied for second place), all Qualifying Bets will be adjusted to a push, have their stake refunded in unrestricted funds, and be noted as a “Second Chance Refund” or “Good Will Gesture.” This provision supersedes the BetMGM House Rules for the limited purpose of settling Qualifying Bets under this fact pattern. Otherwise, BetMGM House Rules apply and will be used to determine settlement.
5. Golf “Tournament Winner” wagers are wagers on which player will win the tournament an Applicable Golf Event. Wagers are cancelled on a player who does not take part in the tournament. If a player not listed is deemed the winner, then all bets stand. If a player does not play in the tournament then wagers on that player proposition will be cancelled and refunded. In the event of a tournament being postponed, rearranged or moved to a different course, all bets will stand. If a playoff is required to determine the tournament winner, the winner of the playoff will be deemed the tournament winner. All non-winning participants in the playoff will be considered as second place finishers. Once a player tees off on the first hole all future wagers on that specific player will stand.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

6. This “Promotion” is available to qualifying customers from Mondays through Wednesdays between 3/10/2025 at 12:00 AM EST through 8/24/2025 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM, LLC’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”). Accounts opened after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the Promotion. Each Monday through Wednesday period during the Promotional Period shall be referred to as a “Promotional Week”. Each Promotional Week will begin at 12:00 AM EST on each Monday and continue through 11:59 pm EST of that Wednesday. Only wagers made during the Promotional Week directly preceding an Applicable Golf Event will qualify for Second Chance Refunds.

ELIGIBILITY:

7. Existing BetMGM Sportsbook account holders.
8. This Promotion is open to participants who place and settle a real-money bet on an Eligible Event during the Promotional Period and, at the time of wagering, are located in a state or jurisdiction in which the Promoter (as defined below) offers online sports wagering services (except Nevada, Ontario, and Puerto Rico), are at least 21 years old, are not on an exclusion or self-exclusion list, and have an existing online BetMGM account (“Participant(s)”).
9. Employees, officers, directors, members and representatives of BetMGM, LLC (the “Promoter”), its parent and affiliate companies, and any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants. The Promoter additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on Participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
10. Additionally, any individual with a BetMGM account on any product in one (1) or more jurisdictions where BetMGM operates, that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any BetMGM accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Promotion even where such entrant may seek entry in this Promotion through an active account in another jurisdiction.

ACTION REQUIRED:

11. Login to the BetMGM Sportsbook app on iOS, Android, or betmgm.com using your existing account e-mail address and password.
12. To participate, add a real-money pre-game straight bet up to your permitted stake amount on the “Tournament Winner” market on any Applicable Golf Event (an “Eligible Event”) on a Promotional Week to your bet slip and place the bet. Only wagers made during the Promotional Week directly preceding an Applicable Golf Event will qualify for Second Chance Refunds. For further avoidance of doubt and for example, for the US Masters, only “Tournament Winner” wagers between April 7, 2025 and April 9, 2025 will qualify for Second Chance Refunds.
13. If the player you bet to win the tournament does not win the tournament, but does finish in second (the “Event Outcome”), you will receive your stake back in Unrestricted Funds.

CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER:

14. To enter into this Promotion, Participant must, during the Promotional Period, (a) visit www.betmgm.com or the BetMGM Sportsbook mobile application and login to Participant’s BetMGM Sportsbook account; and (b) place a real-money pre-game, straight wager up to your permitted stake amount on an Eligible Event identified on the landing page associated with this Promotion (a “Qualifying Bet”) with your account funds. Only wagers made during the Promotional Week directly preceding an Applicable Golf Event will qualify for Second Chance Refunds. For further avoidance of doubt and for example, for the US Masters, only “Tournament Winner” wagers between April 7, 2025 and April 9, 2025 will qualify for Second Chance Refunds.
15. Other than as specifically permitted herein, a wager placed, in whole or in part, using “Bonus Bets”, “Odds Boost Tokens”, “Parlay Boost Tokens”, “Same Game Parlay Boost Tokens”, “Bet Insurance Tokens” or “Bet & Get Tokens” (or other promotional funds or tokens as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion) will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Promotion. A wager will not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Promotion if for any reason it becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
16. After placing a Qualifying Bet, if the Event Outcome identified on the landing page associated with this Promotion occurs, Participant will receive Unrestricted Funds in an amount equal to the Participant’s Qualifying Bet.
17. If the Event Outcome identified on the landing page associated with this Promotion occurs, Participant will receive Unrestricted Funds back:
    • Example: If you place a twenty dollars ($20.00) Qualifying Bet and the Event Outcome identified on the landing page associated with this Promotion occurs, you will receive twenty dollars ($20.00) back in Unrestricted Funds.

18. All “Tournament Winner” wagers on players that do not win the tournament will initially be graded as losing wagers. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

19. This promotion is open to existing BetMGM customers only. Registration is not required.

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION:

21. Any other restrictions in the Promoter’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall also apply.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS/EXCLUSIONS:

23. Unrestricted Funds are not subject to any wagering requirements and do not expire.

ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING:

24. Participant will wager real-money funds to receive Unrestricted Funds back. Promoter shall make commercially reasonably efforts to credit Participant’s account with Unrestricted Funds promptly. after the Event Outcome identified on the landing page associated with this Promotion occurs.

ELIGIBLE GAMES:

25. This Promotion is eligible for pre-tournament wagers on Applicable Golf Events during a Promotional Week.

RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWALS:

27. Second Chance Refunds and Good Will Gestures are issued as Unrestricted Funds. There are no withdrawal restrictions on Unrestricted Funds. Unrestricted Funds do not expire.

CANCELLATION:

28. If Participant opts to cash out on Participant’s qualifying Eligible Event wager early through the “Cash Out” or “Auto Cash Out” features, Participant will no longer be eligible for this Promotion. If Participant opts to edit Participant’s Eligible Event wager through the “Edit My Bet” feature, Participant will no longer be eligible for this Promotion. If Participant opts to get Participant’s Eligible Event wager canceled, Participant will no longer be eligible for this Promotion.

A Force Majeure Event expressly includes (i) an outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization, which, together with any related strains, variants and mutations thereof and other similar infectious diseases, are collectively referred to herein as “COVID-19”) or, (ii) action, order, regulation or guidance taken or issued by a government authority in response to an actual or threatened outbreak or resurgence of COVID-19.
33. Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with Participant’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by Participant or anyone acting in concert with Participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
34. BetMGM reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of this Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
35. BetMGM reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there is fraud or there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.

37. Each selected potential winner will be notified of any applicable awards via push notification, in-app inbox message, in-app banner message, email and/or telephone.
