The last time the Baltimore Orioles appeared in the World Series was 1983 when they took home the title. It was their third World Series win in franchise history, with the team having also won in 1966 and 1970.

Like all teams, the Orioles are focused on their World Series odds, but still, it’s been four decades since they last won it all.

Baltimore Orioles World Series History

Since the franchise’s founding in 1894, the Orioles have appeared in seven World Series (1944, 1966, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1979, 1983) and won three (1966, 1970, 1983).

All three World Series titles were won under the team’s current name, the Baltimore Orioles, which they have been called since 1954. From 1902 to 1953, the Orioles were known as the St. Louis Browns, and before that (1894-1901), they were called the Milwaukee Brewers.
