The Baltimore Ravens running back is still on his first contract after being drafted in 2020. Out of Ohio State, Dobbins signed a four-year, $5,729,436 deal with the Ravens, including a $1,726,862 signing bonus, with $2,597,291 guaranteed and an average annual salary of $1,432,359.

His deal is not fully guaranteed, and – unlike the contract of the Ravens’ first-round pick in 2020, Patrick Queen – there’s no fifth-year option attached to it.

Dobbins put together a standout rookie season for the Ravens in 2020, tallying 805 yards on the ground, but has had an issue staying healthy. The Ravens running back missed the entire 2021 campaign with a torn ACL and couldn’t get much going in 2022 with more injury issues. The former Buckeye suited up for just eight games and rushed for 520 yards on 92 attempts.

With Dobbins’s injury concerns, it’s hard to see him getting a significant raise when his time as a UFA hits in 2024. If Dobbins proves to be healthy moving forward in 2023, you can likely find him on a short-term deal after that, likely somewhere in the range of two years and around the $5 million mark annually.
