Tom Brady holds the Super Bowl record with 62 passing attempts in one game. 

Brady set the record in the infamous Super Bowl LI comeback against the Atlanta Falcons. The Patriots trailed 28-3 in the second half, and Brady was forced to throw nearly every play to engineer the improbable win.

This is one of those records that may never be broken.
