NFL free agency is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, March 12, at 4 p.m. ET.
Free agency marks the official beginning of the 2025 NFL season. However, in anticipation of that period, teams and representatives can begin negotiating with pending free agents in the 52-hour period immediately before the start of the new league year.
