Although an unofficial PGA Tour event, the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas always has one of the best fields of the entire year.
The tournament, hosted by Tiger Woods, took place Dec. 1-4 at the Albany Golf Club in the Bahamas. The field featured 10 major winners, including seven top-10 players in the Official World Golf Rankings.
Woods was scheduled to participate but withdrew a few days before the event, citing a foot injury.
For the second straight year, Viktor Hovland came out on top. He finished at 16-under, which was two shots better than Scottie Scheffler.
The purse for the limited field event was $3.5 million.
