The PGA Tour was back at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Muirfield Village for the Memorial Tournament, June 1-4.

Given Nicklaus is the host, it always draws a great field, but this year was even better since it is was designated event.

Muirfield Village was once again a tough test for the players, and it came down to a playoff between Viktor Hovland and Denny McCarthy, who finished the tournament 7-under.

Hovland made par on the first playoff hole, while McCarthy made a bogey.

The purse was $20 million.
