Bermuda grass is one of the more popular grass types golfers play on. On the PGA Tour, almost all of the tournaments in Florida are played on this type.

These greens are typically slower than others and have less break.

A general rule is if the Bermuda grass is darker, then it is going to be a slower putt. If the grass is shiny, then it will be quicker.

Bermuda grass is said to be much easier to putt on than other types, especially poa.

What’s the Most Common Grass On the PGA Tour?

Bermuda grass is the most common on the PGA Tour, especially in the southeast part of the United States.
