An all-important welterweight match goes down this weekend inside the APEX Center in Las Vegas, as ranked contenders Gilbert Burns and Sean Brady will headline the UFC fight night. The result of this match will have significant implications for the 170-pound division.

Brady is the betting favorite heading into the match with -200 UFC odds because of his better record and winning his previous fight. Meanwhile, Burns is on a two-fight losing skid, making him the +165 betting underdog.

His most notable wins were against Demian Maia, Tyron Woodley, Stephen Thompson, Neil Magny, and Jorge Masvidal. His biggest achievement in the UFC was becoming a title challenger against Kamaru Usman’s reign in February 2021 at UFC 258. However, he came up short and suffered a third-round TKO loss in that fight.
