Alexander Volkanovski has suffered back-to-back knockout losses after receiving a second-round knockout from Ilia Topuria in the main event of UFC 298 on Feb. 17, 2024, inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. It was his first loss in the 145-pound division since making his promotional debut in 2016. Before this setback, he was a dominant featherweight champion, which made him a favorite name in online sports betting.
