UFC President Dana White recently announced that Chimaev has pulled out of his fight with former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker on June 22 in the main event of UFC Fight Night inside the Kingdom Arena in Saudi Arabia due to a serious illness he suffered less than two weeks before the fight.

Ikram Aliskerov will replace him on the card, and he will now face Whittaker for an opportunity to crack a spot in the top 10 rankings.
