The women’s tennis tour really doesn’t mess around in February. As the Qatar Open closes on Feb. 16, the WTA heads straight to another 1,000-point event in the Persian Gulf.
It’s a short trip east from Doha to Dubai, which helps explain why the 2025 Dubai draw is jammed with top players. As of Feb. 14, a whopping 27 of the top 30 WTA players will take the court for the Dubai Open, making it the premiere destination for professional tennis in mid-February.
