Now that the College Football Playoff is moving to a 12-team format, fans and bettors will be treated to an expanded postseason schedule that features 11 games instead of three.

Longtime fans of the FCS playoffs will generally recognize some of the schedule elements. The first round will begin before Christmas and carry into the New Year.

Naturally, BetMGM will have all the requisite college football betting odds when the teams are decided and the bracket is finalized. Until then, the College Football Playoff odds are a good futures market to consider.
