College football is a young manโ€™s game, and modern football is often coached by young, 30 and 40-something geniuses who cut their teeth in a new era of offense-friendly rules.ย 

But donโ€™t ignore the old hats, who are almost always at the top of the game. Thereโ€™s usually a reason these guys have been around forever: They win.ย
