The Houston Rockets last won a playoff series during the 2020 bubble playoffs. They defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 4-3, before losing to the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round.

It was the fourth consecutive season that the Rockets won at least one playoff series. 

What Seed Were the Houston Rockets When They Won the Championship?

The Rockets were the No. 2 seed in the West when they beat the New York Knicks and won the 1994 NBA championship. 

One year later, when the Rockets repeated as NBA champions, they were the No. 6 seed in the West.
