Following Liam Coen’s offseason departure, Josh Grizzard takes over as the Bucs offensive coordinator

Tampa Bay promoted Grizzard internally after he spent last season as a pass game coordinator. He’ll lead a Bucs offense that ranked seventh in offensive DVOA last season, per ftnfantasy.com.

Prior to joining Tampa Bay, Grizzard worked a few different roles within the Miami Dolphins.

Grizzard spent his first two seasons working in offensive quality control before a season in overall quality control.

Then, he worked two seasons as the Dolphins’ wide receivers coach. For his final two seasons in Miami, Grizzard transitioned back into quality control.

Before reaching the NFL, Grizzard worked five seasons in the NCAA. After a season as Yale’s student assistant, Grizzard worked four seasons at Duke.

For his first three seasons with the Blue Devils, Grizzard operated as a graduate assistant. His final season prior to joining the Dolphins came as an assistant quarterbacks coach.
