You can bet on Arizona Cardinals odds at BetMGM throughout the year, including futures, spreads, moneylines, over/under totals, parlays, and more.

  1. Visit the NFL betting page.
  2. Find odds for the Cardinals in a futures market (e.g., NFC West winner) or game market (e.g., Cardinals vs. the Rams)
  3. Add a bet to your Bet Slip.
  4. Add a Stake to see the potential payout.
  5. Place your bet!

If you’re in Arizona and don’t have a BetMGM account, you can sign up for a First Bet Offer of $1,000 in Bonus Bets if your first bet doesn’t win.

Arizona Cardinals Futures Odds

Will the Cardinals win the NFC West? Will they win the NFC Championship? How many wins will they have during the regular season?

For example: If you bet $100 on the Cardinals (+600) to win the NFC West, the bet would settle when the Cardinals or another team clinched the division.

At +600 odds, a winning bet would pay $700 (including stake).

Arizona Cardinals Spread

If you bet on the spread, you’re betting on the scoring margin of the Cardinals’ game.

For example: If you bet $100 on the Cardinals’ -3.5 (-110) against the Seattle Seahawks, Arizona must win the game by at least four points.

At -110 odds, a winning bet would pay $190.91 (including stake).

Alternatively, if you bet $100 on the Cardinals +3.5 (-110) against the Seahawks, Arizona must lose by three or fewer points (or win the game).

BetMGM also offers alternate spreads, aka alt spreads, for all NFL games. Instead of betting the Cardinals -3.5 (-110), you could bet the Cardinals -5.5 (+140), a bet with a higher potential payout ($240 on a $100 bet) than the regular spread.

If the scoring margin is identical to the spread (e.g., -2 or +9), the bet is a push, and your money is refunded.

Arizona Cardinals Moneyline

Will the Cardinals win the game? The margin of victory is irrelevant in moneyline betting.

For example: If you bet $100 on the Cardinals +145 against the San Francisco 49ers, Arizona must win. The potential payout is $245 (including stake).

If the game ends in a tie, the bet is a push.

Arizona Cardinals Over/Under Total

How many combined points will be scored by both teams? The outcome of the game is irrelevant.

For example: If you bet $100 on over 44.4 (-105) in the Cardinals game against the Los Angeles Rams, the teams must combine for at least 45 points. The potential payout is $195.24 (including stake).

Alternatively, if you bet $100 on under 44.5 (-115), the teams must combine for 45 or fewer points. And the payout would be $186.96 (including stake).

BetMGM also offers alternate over/under totals for all NFL games. Instead of betting over 44.5 (-105), you could bet over 49.5 (+150), a wager with a higher potential payout ($250 on a $100 bet) than the regular total.

If the combined point total is identical to the over/under total, the bet is a push.

Arizona Cardinals Parlays

You can combine Cardinals’ bets and other NFL bets into one parlay for more entertainment and a bigger potential payout.

For example: If you bet $20 on a three-leg parlay with the Cardinals’ moneyline (+150 vs. the Dallas Cowboys), Seahawks’ moneyline (+120 vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers), and over 49.5 (-110) in the New York Giants-Washington Commanders game, the potential payout is $190 (including stake).

If one bet is a push, it’s eliminated from the parlay, and odds (and payout) are recalculated without that leg. You can also Cash Out early on a parlay bet (if available).

You can also build multi-sport parlays with odds from NFL games, MLB games, and more. And BetMGM offers sports betting promotions for parlays.
