Buffalo captured a second straight win at home in Week 7. Despite falling behind 10-0 against the Titans, the Bills scored 34 unanswered to win 34-10.

Based on Seattle’s injury concerns and Josh Allen’s record as a short favorite, my Seahawks vs. Bills prediction is the Bills Spread (-3, -110).
There’s no denying the Seahawks defense is better with Byron Murphy, but this Bills offense is the best opponent they’ll have faced to date.
Buffalo sits third in EPA per play and 11th in offensive success rate. Perhaps most impressively, Buffalo is third in passing EPA per play.
If Riq Woolen misses out again for the Seahawks, Buffalo’s passing attack should exploit a weak Seattle secondary. Entering Week 8, Seattle’s pass defense is 15th in EPA per play.
However, most of that ranking derives from Seattle’s Week 1 performance against Denver. In Weeks 2-7, the Seahawks rank 23rd in passing EPA per play allowed.
In terms of Seattle’s offense, I question how they move the ball if Metcalf doesn’t play.
The Seahawks lead the league in passing play percentage. However, it’s running into a Bills defense that is fifth in passing yards per attempt and 11th in passing EPA per play.
Buffalo also matches a historically profitable system in this game.
Non-conference favorites between -3 and -0.5 playing a non-neutral site game are 57-24 SU and 47-31-3 ATS, assuming the dog won its last game by 13 or more points.
When the dog has between six and 11 days between games: 49-19 SU and 39-26-3 ATS.
Josh Allen is also 11-5 ATS as a favorite between -3 and -1, including 7-3 ATS against non-divisional opponents.
Take the Bills so long as they remain available at -3 or better in Week 8.
