Tee Higgins Extension
Tee Higgins – along with every other member of the 2020 NFL Draft class, including his teammate Joe Burrow – became eligible for an extension on Jan. 9, 2023, the day after the regular season ended.
Higgins’ estimated market value is $80.6 million over four years, according to Spotrac, an annual average of $20.1 million from 2024-27.
That deal would put him in the same neighborhood as D.K. Metcalf, Christian Kirk, Amari Cooper, and Terry McLaughlin, all of whom have an average annual salary between $18 million and $24 million.
Several other 2020 second-rounders, including Jalen Hurts, Jonathan Taylor, and Trevon Diggs, are in line for big extensions.
