OTAs, or Organized Team Activities, start in late May and typically continue into June. The dates vary from team to team.
When Do OTAs Start?
The first OTAs for 2025 will begin on Monday, May 19. A handful of teams are starting on this date, including the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots.
