According to the Nielsen Market Survey Rankings, here are the smallest markets within the NFL by their metropolitan 12+ population:

  1. Green Bay (Packers): 233,000
  2. Buffalo-Niagara Falls (Bills): 1,015,400
  3. New Orleans (Saints): 1,242,700
  4. Jacksonville (Jaguars): 1,488,400
  5. Nashville (Titans): 1,637,300
