  • The Masters is April 6-9.
  • Recent winners have had past success at Augusta National.
  • Prop bets are a good alternative to outright winner bets.

Prop bets are a nice alternative to outright winners in golf betting each week. For example, instead of selecting a player to win, picking him to finish in the top 10 might have better value.

Below are my best prop bets for the Masters this week.

Masters 2023: Best Prop Bets

Will Zalatoris Top-10 Finish +275

Admittedly, Zalatoris doesn’t enter the week playing well of late. After finishing fourth at the Genesis Invitational in February, his last four tournaments have been: T-53, 73, T-59. But, Zalatoris has performed extremely well at Augusta. He’s played in two Masters and has finished T-6 and second.

It’s not just the Masters where he’s played well; it’s all majors. Zalatoris’ recent struggles have made his odds get worse, but now he’s +275 to finish in the top 10, which would have been unthinkable a year ago.

Brooks Kopeka Top-10 Finish +275

It’s hard to predict which version of Kopeka will be at Augusta this week, but there are a few things that suggest it could be closer to the player who finished first or second in five of six majors between 2018 and 2019.

Koepka won the LIV event in Orlando, and it seems there is a bit of a chip on the shoulders of the LIV players this week. In the past, a little extra motivation has been a good thing for the 32-year-old.

Min Woo Lee Top-20 Finish +180

Aside from his strong showing at the Players Championship last month, Lee is a bit of an unknown. But, on the DP World Tour, he has seven straight top-15 finishes.

Besides coming into the week in solid form, he finished T-15 in his Masters debut a year ago. With only 88 players in the field, beating 68 players seems very doable for Lee, and this is great value at plus money.
