The PGA Tour returned to one of the most iconic golf regions in the country for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, Feb. 1-4
Although it was the second PGA Tour signature event of the season, the story of the week was the weather.
Heavy wind and rain impacted the state of California for much of the week, which forced play on Sunday to be postponed. The plan was to play on Monday, but with a shelter-in-place order in effect for the region, that did not happen.
This forced the event only to be 54 holes.
Wyndham Clark was the winner thanks to a course record 60 in Saturday’s third round. He finished at 17-under, one shot better than Ludvig Aberg.
Even though 54 holes were played, the full prize money was awarded.
The purse for the tournament was $20 million.
