When it comes to winning on the PGA Tour, it’s hard to do without being a decent putter.

Players can get to the green in as few shots as possible, but it still comes down to putting the ball in the hole.

Here are the best putters on the PGA Tour.

Best Putters on the PGA Tour

Denny McCarthy

For the 2024 season, McCarthy ranked No. 1 when it came to Strokes Gained: Putting.

It’s no surprise he had a solid season, logging four top-10 finishes and eight top 25s in 24 starts.

Mackenzie Hughes

If the Canadian could get his iron play up to his putting standard, he’d have a lot more than two PGA Tour wins.

Hughes came in No. 2 in Strokes Gained: Putting for the 2024 season.

Xander Schauffele

Major champions generally putt well, and it was no different for Schauffele, who won two majors in 2024.

Last year, he was No. 3 in Strokes Gained: Putting.

Christiaan Bezuidenhout

The South African came in at No. 4 in Strokes Gained: Putting last year.

His putting tends to keep him in the mix at tournaments, as he logged 12 top-25 finishes in 23 events played last year.

Honorable Mention: Taylor Montgomery, Sam Burns, Thomas Detry, Russell Henley, Jason Day.
