The PGA Tour was north of the border for the RBC Canadian Open, June 11-14.
It was not a PGA Tour signature event, and was the week before the U.S. Open, so many of the top players took the week off. Collin Morikawa, Brooks Koepka, Tommy Fleetwood, Sam Burns and Matt Fitzpatrick headlined the field.
In an exciting final round, Bud Cauley shot 65 to win for the first time on the PGA Tour. He finished at 17-under, which was good for a two-shot win.
The event was at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley for the second time.
The tournament had a $9.8 million purse.

Bud Cauley’s winner’s share for the 2026 RBC Canadian Open was $1.764 million. The second-place payout was $1,068,200, while third-place got $676,200. The $1.764 million winner’s share is the same as Ryan Fox received for winning a year ago.
