The PGA Tour will be in Mexico for the first and only time this season for the Mexico Open at Vidanta from April 27-30.
It is not a designated event, but the field still includes world No. 1 Jon Rahm, the defending champion.
This is only the second year of the tournament’s existence.
The event has a purse of $7.7 million.

Besides Rahm, the field isn’t all that strong. Just three of the top 65 players in the Official World Golf Rankings are teeing it up.
Tony Finau is the other notable player in the field.
