While not an official golf major, the Players Championship is known as the “fifth major” among many, which will make for an exciting week at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vetra Beach, Florida.
The top players in the game have always played in the tournament, so it’s no surprise this has the biggest PGA Tour purse of the year ($25 million).
