Clark was the slam-dunk pick at No. 1 this year after becoming the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer in both men’s and women’s basketball. She was a two-time National Player of the Year for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
The Fever ranked sixth in the league last year in offensive rating and points per game.
Clark now gets the keys to the offense and will record plenty of counting stats in the process.
