Caleb Williams Salary
Caleb Willams will collect $795,000 in base salary in 2024. When added to his signing bonus, he’ll receive more than $26.3 in cash payments during the 2024 season.
For the life of his rookie deal, Williams will have an average annual salary of approximately $9.9 million.

Like all first-round picks, Williams’ rookie contract can be extended by the Bears for a fifth year. That extension would govern the 2028 NFL season.
