Jeanty, or any other running back, would mark the second time in the last six drafts the Raiders opted for a running back in the first round.
Last Time the Raiders Drafted a RB in the First Round?
The Raiders last selected a running back in the first round in 2019.
That selection – Josh Jacobs – played out his rookie contract with the Raiders before signing with the Green Bay Packers prior to the 2024 season.
