  • The Ravens are -6 against the Seahawks.
  • Baltimore enters this contest on a three-game winning streak.
  • Seattle has won two of their last three games.

Ahead of Sunday’s meeting at M&T Bank Stadium, I’m set to provide a Ravens vs. Seahawks prediction.

Baltimore has won three games in a row and has covered the spread twice. It would have been three, but Arizona found the backdoor last week.

As for Seattle, they’ve won two straight and five of their last six games.

Here’s a look at the NFL betting lines for Sunday’s game, as well as my bet for the contest.

Ravens vs. Seahawks Betting Odds

  • Baltimore Ravens Moneyline: -275
  • Seattle Seahawks Moneyline: +220
  • Game Spread: Baltimore Ravens -6 (-110)
  • Game Total: 44 points

Ravens vs. Seahawks Predictions

Seattle Seahawks Spread (+6) at Baltimore Ravens

Seattle is uniquely suited to limit this Ravens offense.

Most of Baltimore’s offensive prowess comes on the ground – they’re second in rush offense DVOA and 10th in adjusted line yards per attempt, according to ftnfantasy.com.

On Sunday, they face a Seahawks team that excels at stopping the run.

Through Week 8, head coach Pete Carroll’s side sits second in rush defense DVOA and fourth in adjusted line yards per attempt.

This pick also matches two historically profitable betting systems.

As an underdog, Carroll is 41-25-3 ATS (62%), including 18-9 when he’s getting more than three-and-a-half points.

Plus, bettors who fade home favorites of -3.5 or higher after playing a road game the previous week are 60.4% ATS since 2019-20.

D.K. Metcalf Anytime Touchdown (+200, 0.5 unit) at Ravens

Taking on the Ravens’ pass defense – first in pass defense DVOA – is a daunting task.

However, for as strong as Baltimore’s pass defense has played, they oddly surrender a lot of touchdowns through the air.

Of the nine offensive touchdowns opposing offenses have scored on Baltimore, six have come through the air.

Regarding Seattle, their offense has amassed 16 touchdowns this season, nine of which have come through the air.

Further, in their loss to the Bengals, Geno Smith attempted 12 passes in the red zone.

Although Cincinnati’s defense is lower in quality, I expect Seattle will be chasing the game and airing it out.

Metcalf leads the Seahawks with 12 red zone targets this season, so I’ll back him at a solid price to score his third touchdown.
