The 2022-23 regular season ends on Thursday, Apr. 13, with the NHL playoffs tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, Apr. 17. Sixteen teams will advance to the postseason, with the final two battling it out in the Stanley Cup Final.

So when does the 2023 Stanley Cup Final start?

The Stanley Cup Final will begin on Thursday, Jun. 8, with Game 7 (if needed) scheduled for Sunday, Jun. 18.

TV Channel for the 2023 Stanley Cup Final

For the first time, the 2023 Stanley Cup Final will be broadcast exclusively on TNT. This is TNT’s second season covering hockey after agreeing to a seven-year media-rights deal that runs through the 2027-28 season.

Throughout the 2022-23 regular season and the first three rounds of the playoffs, ESPN, ESPN+, Hulu, and TNT will combine to cover every nationally broadcasted game.
