  • The 2025 FedEx Cup had a prize money pool of $100 million paid out over three tournaments.
  • The top 30 players in the FedEx Cup standings after the BMW Championship qualified.

The 2025 PGA Tour season concluded at the TOUR Championship from East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia, Aug. 21-Aug. 24.

The top 30 players in the FedEx Cup standings following the BMW Championship were in the field and had a chance to be the FedEx Cup champion.

Unlike past years, the event did not utilize a strokes-based system at the start to reward players for their performance in prior tournaments. The No. 1 player in the standings used to start the event at 10-under.

The bonus pool is $100 million, but will be paid out in three installments:

  • $20 million after the regular season, split between the top 10
  • $22.93 million after the BMW Championship, split among the top 30
  • $57.08 million after the Tour Championship ($40 million split among the top 30, and $17.08 million in deferrals split among players ranked 31-150)
